First of all, let me say thank you for taking the time to get more information about Changing Seasons Home Health. This is my labor of love, and has been since 1995. That was when I made a life changing decision! I wanted to give something back to my community while helping people, and have my own business. So, I started a home health agency. At that time, there were 42 home health agencies in the region. At one point over the years, that dropped to only 6 agencies! Just surviving all the changes has been a miracle in itself, but I am still here doing what I love.

I have always enjoyed working with people. I pursued this passion at the University of North Texas and graduated with honors with a degree in Business Management with emphasis on Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. That led to a great career, starting with the State of Texas at the Texas Employment Commission. From there, I went to work for Kwikset as their Human Resource Supervisor during their startup. After 5 years, I went to work as Human Resource Manager for Libbey Owens Ford. LOF was moving so I decided to start my own Home Health Agency.

It’s been an exciting and fulfilling road, that has led to where I am now. I am proud to be the premier Home Health service in North Texas, and I am proud to work with the dedicated people we employ. My understanding and experience in this industry is vast, and I am blessed to be doing what I love. That is helping people, especially in a difficult season of their life. Let my team know if you have any questions about our services. We are here to help!

Sincerely,

Jan Lehmann
